Iverson practices, expected to return to lineup (AP)
Allen Iverson was back on the court Tuesday for the first time since spraining his right foot nine days ago, and is expected to be in the lineup for the Philadelphia 76ers against Atlanta on Wednesday. Iverson, the NBA's second-leading scorer with an average of 33.2 points, missed the last four games after he bruised and sprained his foot against Memphis on March 12.
Dalembert frustrated over decreased role (AP)
Steven Hunter was supposed to be elsewhere. Samuel Dalembert was deemed Philadelphia's franchise center after signing a multimillion dollar contract. Somehow, that all got jumbled. Hunter has worked his way into the starting lineup since a trade that would have shipped him out of Philadelphia was rescinded.

PHILADELPHIA -- Willie Green re-signed with the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday, nearly seven months after the guard agreed to terms before injuring his knee. Green, who averaged 7.7 points playing sporadically under former coach Jim O'Brien last season, is expected to get additional playing time under Maurice Cheeks.

Forward Jamal Mashburn retired Friday, shortly after being waived by the Philadelphia 76ers. "I've had a long career in the NBA and have enjoyed my experience," Mashburn said. Mashburn never suited up for the 76ers after being acquired from the New Orleans Hornets in 2005. In a swap of inactive players, the 76ers traded Glenn Robinson to the Hornets for Mashburn and Rodney Rodgers.
